区域销售总监
招聘人数: 若干(山东、江苏、浙江、福建、广东、北京（河北）、重庆、四川、河南、安徽、湖南、江西、湖北)
岗位职责：
1、根据公司市场战略，积极开拓新市场和新客户，搜集、分析和整理市场信息、捕捉销售机会，进行业务的需求沟通、谈判、合同的洽谈和签订；
2、负责咨询、培训等需求信息的挖掘、收集、分析并与客户沟通，建立和增进客户关系，确保持续稳定的定单来源；
3、根据客户要求和公司资源，协同顾问团队,为客户提供量身定做的培训解决方案；
4、协调相关资源，负责对战略客户和项目的开发、合同签订、合同回款和售后服务体系移交的全过程跟踪；
5、负责培训、咨询合同的签订和销售回款的跟进。
6、带领和管理销售团队完成公司制订的销售目标。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理等管理、经济类等相关专业；
2、5年以上在顾问、咨询、生产制造型企业大客户营销工作经验
3、具有大项目的分析能力，把握和控制能力，熟悉招投标流程和应标技巧；
4、优秀的商务谈判能力、沟通协调能力及团队管理能力，学习能力强、悟性高、敬业、坚韧、敢于承受压力、团队合作意识强；
5、有咨询顾问或企业管理经验者尤佳，有区域客户资源和良好政府关系者优先考虑
